Water Activated starch-based adhesive tapes are 100% environmentally friendly creating a superior bond to clear carton sealing tape, it makes a pilfer-proof package for your product. The gum tape is activated by contact with water, which moistens the glue-based adhesive on the paper backing. Water Activated Tape or gummed tape can be reinforced with a cross pattern of fibreglass filaments laminated between two layers of paper, and is called Reinforced Water Activated Tape.

Our water activated kraft gum tapes are 100% ecological, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Kraft paper is a natural product with the glue produced from potato starch.
