The VHS Mark III Constant Heat Sealer is a pedestal-mounted heat sealing machine designed for efficient, consistent sealing of a range of flexible packaging materials. Featuring twin heated, fully earthed sealing jaws, solid-state electronics and an accurate temperature gauge reaching up to 200°C, it provides reliable heat sealing for demanding packaging applications.
With a 15mm wide seal and seal length options from 200mm to 600mm, the VHS Mark III can accommodate different bag and packaging requirements. It is suitable for sealing polypropylene, cellophane, foil laminate bags and tubing, with supported film thicknesses of up to 2 × 250 microns.
The constant heat design keeps both sealing jaws continuously heated, allowing the machine to be ready for repeated sealing applications without waiting for the jaws to heat between seals. This makes it particularly suitable for high-volume packaging environments where speed and consistency are important.
The VHS Mark III is pedestal mounted and foot pedal operated, allowing the operator to use both hands to position and hold the packaging material during sealing. The sealing jaws are also Teflon coated, helping provide reliable sealing performance.
Available in 200mm, 300mm, 400mm and 600mm seal lengths, the VHS Mark III provides a choice of configurations to suit different packaging operations.
